I’ve had several client albums hit my doorstep in the past few months, and I thought I would take a few minutes to share a few of my favorites with my blog readers. And clients, I know deciding on a cover is very difficult, so maybe these will give you some ideas for your own album!

The first up is Gretchen and Lenny’s album. You can check out their wedding blog post HERE. Their album reminds me a lot of this sample album I shared last year. Love them both. I don’t think you can ever go wrong with a metal cameo and a 12×12 album!

Sarah and Todd’s album was also a gorgeous 12×12. I love the color and texture of the cover, plus I think they made a great decision with a cameo on the cover!

And here is Katie and Jonathan’s album from their October wedding. Love the simple elegance of their cover.

New sample album (St. Louis wedding photographer)

I love this album. I have been anxiously awaiting its arrival for what seems like forever, although I must say this new company I tried out is SUPER fast. A little disclaimer before looking at the photos: I am a horrible product photographer! I did not do this album justice, so you’ll just have to set up a meeting with me to see it in person. Haha!

It’s a pearl leather cover, with a metallic cameo cover. It’s so beautiful and elegant. If you’re a current client and haven’t ordered your album yet, you should seriously consider upgrading your album. The cameo just really adds something spectacular, and the 12×12 size is just phenomenal. I highly recommend it!

This flushmount album is SO well made.

Here’s a sample of my design. I like the images to do the talking, so I go for clean + modern layouts.

I love to design albums with at least 2 full spreads. They rock my world!

It seems like I’ve been waiting forever! But my new sample album is here, and I love it. I hope all my clients do, too. I’ll definitely be sticking with this company, and I hope to order more samples to show off their fabulous cover options! The leather is amazing, and I love the texture!

It’s canvas time!

I’m so excited it’s here! It feels like I’ve been waiting forever, when in reality, it was less than a week. Super fast! This is my very first canvas, and I must say, it definitely will not be my last. They’re expensive but absolutely gorgeous! I love that I got to try out a new product with my handsome son, Aidan. It’s a 20×30 canvas, and I have lots of shots from every angle just so you can really appreciate all the details.

Here’s what the original image looked like.

This is a closeup of the wrapped edges. There’s a little bit of a scuff mark on it, but that was from me hanging it up before I actually took the pictures of it. Should have done that BEFORE hanging, right?!

Here’s the hardware that was a small extra charge, but it makes it super easy to hang!

And here it is looking lovely on our wall. I completely, totally love it. I can’t wait to buy more. Don’t tell Dan.

So, you’ve read about my wedding collections, but you want to see the goods. Am I right? Well, then this post is for you. This post is about the proofbook/box of prints. With Collection III for weddings, my clients have the option to get either a proofbook or a box of prints. (Either one also can be purchased ala carte with the other 2 collections.) With the box of prints, all final prints (whether your total is 400 or 800) will be included in this gorgeous black leather box. That’s right. All the final prints. These are NOT proofs. They do not say proofs on the front of them. There is no marking on them. They’re yours to use how you wish! You can also have the image of your choice as the front cameo.

The other option is a proofbook. These come spiral bound, though the one I’m showing is with the delicious optional leather cover. You can have an image of your choice and text on the cover, as well as a clear or frosted protective sheet. They’re beautiful! you will have 12 images on each side, and again, all your final images will be included. If you’re like me, you like something tangible in your hand, and these products offer that – as opposed to your images on CD. So there ya have it.
